Every day is new, only you and your thoughts bring the past with you when you wake up and meet the day. I think it’s very easy to take for granted ‘morning’, a new day. Days can seemingly flow into the next with very little thought.
I own a very yellowed well-worn copy of the book ‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway’ by Susan Jeffers. In it she writes about the 3 different levels of fear.
I like boxing. Not watching the real deal mind you, but boxing as in a form of exercise training. I don’t get to do it very often these days but when I’ve done it in the past, I’ve really enjoyed it.
